Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 26 June 2026
These terms apply to your use of beckyhalls.com and to any services you buy from Becky Halls (“I”, “me”, “my”). By using this website or working with me, you agree to these terms.
Who I am
Becky Halls is a sole trader based in Whatton-in-the-Vale, Nottinghamshire, England. You can reach me at becky@beckyhalls.com.
My services
I help small businesses get found online through local SEO, Google Business Profile management, AI visibility, and website or landing page creation. Exactly what I will do for you, and the price, are agreed before any work begins.
Pricing and payment
- Prices shown on this website are a guide. Your exact price is confirmed before we start.
- Ongoing services are paid monthly in advance, usually by Direct Debit.
- One-off work, such as a website or landing page, is quoted and agreed in advance.
- There is no long contract. You can cancel an ongoing service with 30 days notice after the initial setup phase.
What you can expect from me
I will carry out the agreed work with reasonable care and skill, keep you updated in plain English, and be honest about results. I cannot and do not guarantee specific rankings or positions on Google, in AI tools, or anywhere else, as these are controlled by third parties and change over time.
What I expect from you
To do my job well I may need access to your website, Google Business Profile or other accounts, and timely responses to questions. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information and content you provide, and for making sure you have the right to use it.
Ownership
Your website, domain, Google profile, reviews and customer data are yours. Where I set these up, they are created in your name and remain your property. If you leave, you keep everything.
Liability
I will always do my best for you, but to the extent permitted by law my total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid me in the previous three months. I am not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for the actions of third parties such as Google, hosting providers or AI tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
