I’m Becky. I live in Whatton-in-the-Vale (a rural village between Nottingham and Grantham), and I started this because I kept meeting brilliant local businesses that were nearly invisible online – not because they were doing anything wrong, but because nobody has time to keep up with Google, let alone ChatGPT.
I started beckyhalls.com after one too many conversations with brilliant local business owners who’d been burned.
Agencies charging £800 a month for reports nobody understood. Websites held hostage when they tried to leave. “Guaranteed page one” promises that never materialised. Good businesses, paying good money, with no idea what they were actually getting.
So I built the service I’d want to buy. No account managers, no jargon, no lock-in. Just the work done properly, explained in plain English, by the person actually doing it.
