The honest bits

Why one fee at the start?

Because that’s when the work happens: the profile rebuild, the listings, the technical fixes, the AI-ready layer. You pay for the big work once, while I’m doing it, and the monthly stays small. Most agencies smear it across a year and hope you don’t notice.

Two months, then monthly

The setup takes about two months to do properly. SEO takes about three to start showing, and anyone promising faster is guessing or fibbing. After the setup it’s month to month, 30 days’ notice whenever you like, no exit fees.

You own everything

Domain, website, Google profile, reviews, customer data. Leave whenever you like and everything is handed over within 14 days.

No ranking guarantees

Not from me or anyone. Google and ChatGPT don’t sell placements to people like me. What I guarantee: the work gets done, you see all of it, and we measure honestly.

How you pay

The setup is one invoice for one job. The monthly plans are by Direct Debit, monthly in advance. Simple, predictable, no surprise invoices.

Do I have to sign a long contract?+
No. The setup is a one-off job that takes about two months. The monthly plans roll month to month: 30 days’ notice, no exit fees.
Who owns my website and Google profile?+
You do. Always. If you ever leave, everything is yours and I hand over the keys within 14 days.
Will you guarantee me first place on Google?+
No, and be wary of anyone who does. I guarantee the work, show you everything I do, and track the results honestly.
What does “AI visibility” actually mean?+
When people ask ChatGPT or Google’s AI for recommendations, those tools pick businesses with accurate listings, good reviews and clear websites. I work on making yours one of them, and show you the screenshots each month.
Do I have to buy the setup first?+
No. If you reckon your website and Google profile are already in good shape, join Watch for £29 and your first report will show us both whether you’re right. If it turns up problems, the setup is there. If it doesn’t, I’ll happily tell you so.
What’s the difference between Watch and Stay Found?+
Watch is my monitoring system: it checks your listings and the AI answers every month, reports in plain English, and I step in when something breaks. Stay Found is me doing the work as well: weekly posts, a monthly blog, every review answered. Watch is included in Stay Found.
What if I don’t have a website?+
