llms.txt generator

An llms.txt file is a simple map of your website written for AI assistants, so ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can find your key pages and understand what you do. Fill in the form and copy the file.

Your business & pages

* = required. Add your most important pages so AI knows where to look.

Your llms.txt file

Fill in the form and hit Generate and your llms.txt appears here, ready to copy.
Where does this file go?

Save it as llms.txt and upload it to the root of your website, so it lives at yourbusiness.co.uk/llms.txt, the same place as your robots.txt. On most hosting you can drop it in via your file manager, FTP, or a plugin that lets you add root files.

Does this actually do anything yet?

Honest answer: llms.txt is a new, emerging standard. Not every AI crawler formally reads it yet, but it’s quick to add, costs nothing, and signals you’re ahead of the curve. The bigger wins for AI visibility are still your Google profile, reviews, clear service pages and schema. This is a smart extra, not a magic switch.

Tip: keep it updated whenever you add a new service page. It’s just a text file.

Want the whole picture, not just one file?

llms.txt is a nice-to-have. Getting recommended by AI comes down to your Google Business Profile, reviews, service pages and schema all pulling together. I set that up for you.
