Best physiotherapists in Bingham
The best physiotherapists in Bingham, Nottinghamshire are Prime Performance Physiotherapy on Long Acre, Oakwood Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre on Station Street, PhysioSynergy on Long Acre, and Pam Marsh on Long Acre East. All four are in the NG13 postcode and take private patients without a GP referral. Prime Performance leans toward sports injury and strength rehab, Oakwood toward long-term pain and arthritis, and PhysioSynergy toward complex or unusual referrals including jaw and TMJ work.
Bingham has four physios inside about half a mile of each other, which for a town of 9,000 people is quite a lot. They’re not really competing for the same patient though, and once you know the split it gets easy.

Prime Performance Physiotherapy
43 Long Acre, Bingham NG13 8AG. 5.0 from 159 reviews, which is the deepest review base in town by a distance.
This is the sports one. Guy and the team work with runners, and a lot of the reviews come from people training for the Robin Hood Half or coming back from a torn rotator cuff. They run strength and conditioning programmes over weeks and months rather than a handful of appointments, and they also do small group Pilates and sports massage.
Go here if you have a goal with a date attached to it.
Oakwood Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre
Newlands House, 5A Station Street, Bingham NG13 8AQ. 5.0 from 81 reviews.
Bigger clinic, purpose-built, and they’ve invested in kit including an MBST machine for arthritic joints. The reviews skew older and more chronic. Builders with recurring injuries, people managing osteoarthritis, post-fracture recovery that’s dragged on.
Go here if the problem has been there a while and you want equipment thrown at it.
PhysioSynergy
30 Long Acre, Bingham NG13 8AH. 5.0 from 6 reviews.
Only 6 reviews, and I’d normally be cautious about that. But read them. One patient was referred by their surgeon after TMJ surgery. Another had a glute injury for two years that four other physios couldn’t fix. Claire also has a Bowen therapist, Anna, working alongside her.
Small practice, and probably the most interesting one on this list if your problem is weird. It’s also the clinic most people in Bingham have never heard of, which says more about their marketing than their physio.
Pam Marsh
1 Long Acre East, Bingham NG13 8BY. 5.0 from 2 reviews.
Very small, very long established, almost no online presence. If someone in your village recommends her, that recommendation is worth more than anything I can tell you here.
What to ask before you book
Ask how many sessions they think it’ll take. A physio who says “let’s see after two” is being honest. One who sells you a block of 10 up front, before touching your shoulder, is selling you a block of 10.
Ask whether you’ll see the same person each time. At the bigger clinics you might not, and continuity matters more than most people expect with rehab.
And ask what you’ll be doing at home. If the answer is nothing, find another physio. The exercises between appointments are where the recovery actually happens.
Cost
Most private physios in this part of Nottinghamshire charge somewhere in the region of £45 to £65 for an initial assessment and slightly less for follow-ups, though you should ring and check because I’m not going to pretend I’ve phoned all four this week. Several take insurance. Ask when you book.

Why I write these
I’m a web designer and SEO specialist in Nottinghamshire, and most of my work is working out why good local businesses don’t show up when people go looking for them. More and more, that looking happens inside ChatGPT or Google’s AI answers rather than a page of blue links.
So guides such as ‘the best physiotherapists in Bingham’ are half useful and half experiment. I want to see which businesses the AI systems already know about and which ones get skipped over despite being excellent. It’s rarely the best business that wins. It’s the one whose information is easiest for a machine to read.
If you run somewhere on this list and you’re curious how you look in an AI answer, I’ll check for free.
I do sometimes end up working with businesses I’ve written about. It doesn’t change what I write, and nobody has paid to be here.
